To be used 10 to 15min after removing them from the freezer, on clean skin with a body oil applied beforehand.

1. Prepare the lymphatic glands by pumping for a few seconds (at the level of the back folds of the knees and at the level of the groin).
2. Start at the level of the feet, go up on the ankles then on the bottom of the legs in an upward fashion.
3. Smooth the upper legs, you can also make circular movements especially at the level of the thighs and back of the legs.
4. Massage belly clockwise and back to front to drain.
5. Mushrooms can also be used on the rest of the body such as the back, chest and trapezius to limit pain and circulate microcirculation.

Repeat the gestures 5-10 times per area.

Manufactured in stainless steel with 95% water and 5% ethanol for the coolant. Rinse with soap and water after use and dry, rest on their base until next use.
