1. Prepare the lymph glands by pumping for a few seconds (at the top of the neck, just below the ears and then at the level of the collarbones
2. The Roller is the perfect drainage tool to start your treatment. Use the small Roller for the smallest and finest areas such as the eye contour and the large Roll-On for the larger areas to be treated.
3. Always use your Roller gently and going from the center to the outside of the face to drain the toxins outwards then down the face at the end of the massage, in order to filter the waste at the level of the glands lymphatics.
You can play a little with the pressure depending on the areas to be treated.
4. Proceed to Gua Sha. If you want to drain, always use your gua sha almost flat (45° angle) and without pressure, the movements must be gentle and bring the lymph outwards from the face then down the face at the end of the massage, in order to to filter the waste at the level of the lymphatic glands. If you want to sculpt, you can use the gua sha a little more perpendicular (90° angle) and apply more pressure depending on the areas to be treated.
Repeat the gestures 5-10 times.
